Growing up, business fascinated me more than video games. I sold anything from old toys to baseball cards, even creating a magazine with my best friend to showcase our items. Creative and entrepreneurial, I ventured into network marketing in the early 2000s, starting with Amsoil due to my passion for cars.Although my first attempts faced challenges, I honed my skills. Marrying in 2009, my wife and I delved deeper into self-improvement with Herbalife, gaining invaluable lessons despite setbacks. Some success finally came with It Works! Global, complementing my day job with a Fortune 70 telecommunications company.Network marketing boosted my confidence in sales. I took a big step at my day job and became a successful door-to-door salesman for the company. This progressed to running a team for the company and it was my privilege and honor to coach and mentor multiple six figure earners.My wife transitioned her skills to real estate. Exploring real estate investing, we aim for long-term security and quality family time. Interests

I think my mind works best in the framework of projects. As a kid, collecting ball cards and building a complete set was a project. Collecting marbles or comic books was a project. I always liked the challenge to pull out a pencil and draw a shoe or a car (still do this one); that was a project. My mind raced to satisfy the creative in me.As I turned older, cars became the new creative, and they were my project. Still to this day horsepower, torque, and a good car show is something I enjoy. Another thing I enjoy is being able to cook delicious food. It's the challenge of the project. Even more, I've channeled my inner Colonel Sanders ( distant relative/entrepreneur ), my inner delivery man gab ( my Grandfather delivered milk door to door), and my Inner Avon Rep ( my Mom was one ) to master selling and communication ( a most lucrative project ).Real estate is full of lending, renovations, contractors to deal with, permits, income, and equity ( one of my favorite projects). Reaping the rewards from the projects, I enjoy another project, checking off travel destinations and experiences. I'm looking forward to more projects.
